And I'm surprised that Sushi is loved very much all around the world!
So, today's topic is "Professional of Sushi".
In Japan, there're Professional of Sushi, called "Sushi shokunin".
To become a Sushi shokunin, people must train to cook Sushi for 10 years!
Sushi shokuins are required many skills that are very hard to learn.
For example, value freshness of fish, cook sushi without losing fluffiness of rice, and so on.
I've heard real Sushi shokunin can control the number of rice grain!!
Sushi that is cooked real Sushi shokunin is very expensive even in Japan.
Especially, I want to eat Ootoro (a region of tunny of highest-quality) which is cooked real Sushi shokunin!
